Return Information

Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. If there is any problem with the item, buyer MUST notify us within SEVEN (7) calendar days from receipt of the package. If you need to return any product, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting before shipping the unit back:

We will accept returns on products within 30 days of your original order date. The product needs to be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. Refund will be made to original payment method, minus a 15% restocking feed. Buyer is responsible for all return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance) unless the unit is defective. We may request digital photographs if damage is stated as the reason for return. If a return merchandise authorization (RMA) is provided, you must ship back your item(s) to within 5 business days. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or we will refuse to accept the package. Once we have received the returned item(s), a refund or replacement will be issued. If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged 5% merchant/processing fee for the cancellation.
